Full English breakfast served from 8.30am, (earlier by arrangement) and can be enjoyed with outstanding views of the village and surrounding fells. After a day out or before a meal, relax in the residents lounge. Ample parking is available to all residents. .

For all our residents we have a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

		Lounge Menu's from local establishments can be viewed from  a folder, in  the lounge before setting off for a meal.
TV and Video are also available in the Residents Lounge.
