Full English breakfast served from 8.30am, (earlier by arrangement) and can be enjoyed with outstanding views of the village and surrounding fells. After a day out or before a meal, relax in the residents lounge. Ample parking is available to all residents. .

For all our residents we have a laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

		Lounge Menu's from local establishments can be viewed from  A FOLDER, in  the lounge before setting off for a meal unfortunately our drinks licence has been surrendered due to the  cost,but we don't mind if you bring your own and glasses can be provided.
TV and Video are also available in the Residents Lounge.
		Breakfast Room Enjoy mountain & fell views from this conservatory style room,  which can also cater for small functions.   Barbecues are also catered for (Lakeland weather permitting).
